Custom Wills

The standard Wills in the automatic creation pages on this site will not suit all people. If the Wills do not suit your needs you may still wish to leave a gift to the charity or not-for-profit organisation of your choice.

If this is so please contact us and we can prepare a Will for you using our legal services referal.

Some charities will meet the expense of your custom Will. This is generally subject to you appointing the charity or its representatives as your executors in the administration of your estate and leaving a bequest.

If you need a specific Will created, please complete the following form and also identify the charity you wish to benefit and we will then advise you whether the charity will meet the cost of your Will preparation.

Powers of Attorney

We can create an enduring power of attorney for you. This service is $100 (plus GST) for each power of attorney created and that work is undertaken by our legal service provider. Please complete the following form and indicate that you wish for a Power of Attorney to be created.
