The special gift clause, naming your chosen charity, is put in your Will to ensure that your chosen charity is benefited. Your Will can be selected from various standard and generic Wills our lawyers have prepared for general use.
Most Wills are quite simple. For instance you leave all your assets to your partner and then to your children. This is the general structure of most Wills the world over. Other Will variations are available on our site. Our site is designed to help you prepare your own Will, put in the correct provisions and then allow you to check and print the Will to ensure it contains your intentions.
